Refund policy

We keep returns simple.

30-day window. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@foxpier.com with your order number.

Most refunds, no return shipping. For most items we refund or replace without asking you to ship anything back. If an item does need to come back, we'll say so up front and provide instructions.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items. Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
